We have a flexible approach to land/property acquisition and being a privately owned company with the necessary and substantial funding in place, we have the ability to act quickly and to meet tight deadlines.

Our experienced and committed staff are prepared to consider development and re-development opportunities of any scale large or small; with or without the benefit of vacant possession; and with or without full planning permission.

St Mark undertakes development both in its own right and in joint venture partnership with other established developers.
